Professional experience

Tomasz has been working as a legal advisor since 1996. His career started in 1996 in the legal firm of Polish Ernst & Young (1996-2000), where he was focused on legal advisory services with respect to business and commercial law.

From 2000 till 2005 he worked (as Senior Associate), in the legal firm of KPMG in Poland.He specialized in M & A projects, business restructuring and advisory to pharmaceutical industry.

During the work with Ernst & Young and KPMG he advised leading corporations in Poland from various business branches. He participated in a number of projects involving cooperation of legal, tax and financial advisors.

He has established a number of new businesses in Poland for foreign investors and advised in a number of projects on business restructuring.
